Installation of Tickstory is done via a standard “setup.exe” installation package. Before commencing your installation, ensure you have the following prerequisites:

• Microsoft Windows 7, 8 or 10. (The application may work on other versions of Windows and also other Operating Systems such as MacOS and Linux using various 'emulation' software, however we do not officially test these configurations for compatibility).

• Microsoft .NET v3.5 (SP2)
